For those of you new to this blog, Husband is a FedEx pilot. Recently, he flew this horse across the country. Husband thinks the horse was being flown about to impregnate horses in other locales. Not a bad gig, Husband thinks.
Anyway, next time you'd like to complain about agents who want you to snail mail a manuscript, just think how much it cost to FedEx this sucker.*
*But, really, FedEx is pretty cheap and I encourage you to ship your books, sweaters and horses through this very nice company.

Guess what and who will I see the next time I see the Fedex sign? (On a not too separate note, can you see the arrow in the Fedex sign? I just learned about it not too long ago).
Best part of this passenger is he didn't complain about anything. He didn't care about the seatbelt sign--just poops in place. If he HAD gotten unruly, his flight attendants (handlers) had syringes to sedate him! Give me boxes and horses over people ANY day!
Gosh, I love horses. Never got over wanting a pony, I guess. And what a handsome fellow! (BTW, is the halter's noseband in his mouth?)
I would title this post "The evolution of the Pony Express"
Hee-Pony Express!
He's quite the stud!
Ha! Poor horse -- did he at least get first class treatment? You know, coctails and biscoff cookies?
oops - meant cocktails
Gosh...isn't there a more, um, high-tech method of, um, transferring the needed, um...
Oh, well--far be it for this romance author to deny the horses personal contact. LOL!

OCEAN GIRL: Husband worked for FedEx for a year vefore I noticed the arrow! I wonder if the logo designers created the arrow intentionally, or if it was accidental.
JOEL: xoxo
MG: Horses are so smart. I do love them, but am a little afraid of them, too. This one IS handsome...lucky horse ladies.
RICK: Funny, I could not think WHAT to title it. I can just imagine the people who will end up looking at my blog for the rules to the old basketball game.
KELLY: You're funny!
TESS: FedEx actually carries a lot of animals...carried a gorilla earlier this year. They are all given exceptionally good treatment...much better than any of us have had on a passenger carrier, I'm certain.
DEB: I wondered the same thing! Next time Husband carries a horse, I'll have him ask the horse handlers some personal/horsonal questions.
Hah! That's awesome. I do prefer FedEx over UPS. :)
That's great! Looks like horses have a lot more fun than our AI'd cows. :)
LADY GLAMIS: Thank you, thank you. Yes, FedEx is far superior to the other guy.
STRANGE FICTION: Hmmm...will ask HUsband if he's transported cows.
